Dear Diary,

Today our school organised a field trip to the Laxmi Vilas Palace and its museum. It was a wonderful experience for everyone, especially for history enthusiasts like me. I was absolutely fascinated by the intricate architecture and detailing that was done in the Palace. My friend Umang also had the same reaction. We wandered around together carefully observing each and every detail there. The museum also had a wonderful collection displayed. It was a great day for me.

I wish I could have seen this place at the time it was constructed. It must have been even more beautiful then.
