The diazonium salt is stabilized than the aliphatic salts.
This is because,the diazonium salts has a double bond in the centre and it forms a stable resonance structure.
It forms resonance structure and makes it stabilized structure.
The formula is
C6H5 N=N cl
(Benzene di azonium chloride).
