It follows Ozonolysis reaction which is a 2 step . In the first step Diborane reacts with ozone to form an unstable intermediate. In the 2nd step this intermediate decomposes to yeild simpler stable compounds.

B2H6 + O3— i am not able to depict the reaction here as it is a structure based reaction.
