Whole world is shocked the way corona virus has impacted a entire human race. Lot more has been talked about it. Lot more has been said about it. You all know what precautions needs to be taken and how to keep yourself, your family and our society safe.

I am here highlighting some important leanings which I myself found or experienced since last 15 days.

Corona pandemic get us in a thought that how normal life can be halted without any notice. Many people may be finding it difficult to be at HOME since last week. It is a time to explore the other side of US where we do things which are different from our nature still be happy.

In this turbulent market do not invest all your cash in hand on the verge of TIMING the market. It is always better to have some amount set aside for the future in such a gloomy economic scenario. Continue your SIPs, buy strong businesses in dips for the long term and increase your emergency fund gradually.

For keeping your HEALTH intact it is advisable NOT to touch your nose and mouth frequently, for keeping your WEALTH intact DO NOT touch your Mutual funds for redeeming as well your EMERGENCY FUND for investing. Keep both HEALTH and WEALTH protected.

Time to increase your EMERGENCY FUND as much as possible than foolishly investing in falling market.

No matter how much the country is advanced or world-class emergency facilities, certain things are unimaginable or unpredictable.

One values our freedom only when he or she loses it.

Certain things, such as the human aspect - such as the abject fear, will never go away. It's ok to be afraid - it is normal. Anyone who says he is not is either a fool or a liar. Learn to operate through the fear by tuning out that which is irrelevant - the financial media and focus on your plan of action

The world has changed and is changing. This is something no government, company or we as individuals were prepared, hence there is pain and there would be lot of pain. Would get over one day, but society has to endure this pain now.

We may think that why to live life frugally when life is uncertain. There is a beautiful option called "Optimum". It saves us from landing us either in "Hot waters" or "catching a cold feet". It is like staying in warm water avoiding both the extremes.

One should have a Balanced approach,

Live in Present and Plan for Future too.

To get your spouse onboard with some basics on personal finance instead of worrying about your returns.

Best time to reinvent your hobbies and spend time with your near and dear ones. You never know your kids might be missing time with you for long time.

Best time also to re look life back and ahead with your spouse. You both can have good time just talking about your past.

Try to draw, paint, play with your kids... just enjoy the moments.

Keep track of news, but keep away from rumors. Just see the data and news as science student, and reason out whats happening. Learn Virology and epidemiology if you like it. If you are Data scientist types, there is so much data on this to try your hands on some modeling

Last but not least Best time to rejuvenate. Have so much needed sleep.

There’s saying “patience is the key”. At this point of time we have to have patience. Be focused on our task. Keep our health and wealth intact. And importantly be OPTIMISTIC for the bright FUTURE.
