⏩Substances that undergoes sublimation.

➡ammonium chloride doesn't actually undergo sublimation upon heating.

⭕ It decomposes and forms ammonia gas and hydrogen chloride gas.

Sublimation is the transition of a substance directly from the solid to the gas phase without passing through an intermediate liquid phase.Ex :Snow and water ice are constantly sublimating.Solid Iodine, also, Zinc and Cadmium (under low pressure), and Naphthalene (moth-balls) are other examples.

Ammonium chloride dissociates into ammonia and hydrogen chloride, its parent base and acid, at about 338 degree C.
             NH4Cl  = NH3 + HCl
Since HCl and NH3 are gases at room temperature, NH4Cl appears to sublime at this temperature.
