Did dimensionless quantity never had a unit

not never...

Angle is a Dimensionless quantity...as it is just a ratio of two lengths...So when you try to find out the Dimesions of angle...you will find that dimesions get cancelled...

But Angle have unit Radian or Degree...

So angle is a dimensionless quantity having unit Radian or degree..

Some quantities has dimensionless quantity but have unit
Dimensionless quantities doesn't mean, it have no unit.
i guve some example have dimensionless but have unit
in angle we have radian which have dimensionless but have have unit.
