Yes, Lucia get slowly recovering from TB after her brothers had worked hard to save her.
She again started her singing. and tried to be more better singer than before.

TWO GENTLEMEN OF VERONA that what really happened to Lucia at the end but we can conclude that:
Since in one year of hard work and a good progress in Lucia's health have led to good developments as the nurse said "she have made good progress. There is a hope that she can walk and sing one day".
We can probably refer that the two brothers may have finally saved her and they have lived a happy life after that. Lucia is a good singer so she may have got an opportunity to sing at big occasions and work on movies afterwards they could bring up Money to develop their livelihood.
