No,... Midoriya completely gave OFA to Bakugo. In the end turned out it was still in Midoriya, but he had no intention of taking it back. That scene(succession) comes around the end of the battle. Midoriya and Bakugo were immobilized and seriously injured by that moment, and none of other 1-A students were there to help.
