Active Voice refers to a sentence in which the subject is performing the action.

Passive Voice refers to a sentence in which the subject undergoes the action.

Example: She is delivering a speech. (Active)

A speech is being delivered by her. (Passive)

NOTE: Sentences that convey habitual actions cannot be changed to passive mode.

Did she finish her homework? (Active)

Has her homework been finished (by her)? (Passive)
