EXPLANATION

In my opinion it was good bcz if the ant has showed sympathy to the cricket he would not value hardwork and he would repeat his behaviour of non valuing of the hardwork and become lazy

But in the poem or the story the ant did not showed sympathy to the cricket so that he would value the hardwork and would not become lazy and if he had showed sympathy the cricket would not value hardwork and would again come towards the ant for food and shelter for the next season too.
