As we know that Government of India replace the old Indian Juvenile Delinquency Law (Juvenile Justice Act) & make it in to force on 15 January 2016. According to new Law the age group of 16-18,, those involved in the heinous crimes can be tries as an adults .
So far according to people opinion is the age shall lower more. Age should not be the main the trail factor of any crime .Specifically in heinous crimes. We can’t let go a rapist of 13 year or below. So there are many such things which should not just be based on age. Otherwise both Government & citizen create a healthy & protective country where everyone feels safe in crowd & at any time of day. Sometime law doesn’t work but attitude may works far ahead to eliminate the crimes.

Its objective was to decrease, divert and improve the condition of youngs who gets involved in some crime, so they can continue their life and be ready to face the world. Although it has been helpful but it is not able to decrease the level of crimes
