The incarceration of juveniles has had no direct relation in deterring heinous crimes of this section of society it seems rather premature to suggest that this new act will be success in fulfilling its goal which is to decrease,divert and improve the condition of young who gets involved in some crime,so they continue their life and be ready to face the world.
