First of all I want to tell that a talent is never wasted. It is a gift of god given to us. It depends on us that how we express or expose our talent to others. In case of private quelch, his habit of interrupting unnecessarily, lead his talent to unprecious , ignorable and unworthy for others . No one gives importance to the talent of professor i.e, private quelch and dose not want to listen knowledge exhibited by him.
But for himself the knowledge is helpful in every practical and theoretical means.
So we can't say that his talent is wasted.
