Yes the fall of snow from hemlock tree which was shoked by crow changes the mood of the speakers. But for better and not for worse. When the speaker cross hemlock tree the snow falled on him. Eventhough the hemlock tree (which is a poisonous tree) and the crow represents evil the mood of poet changes from sorrow to happy mood. And saves the poets precious memories
