Answer

No,the spirit of democracy exist in Pakistan during Pervez musharraf's rule

Three arguments are given below:

1. He was such a cunning and clever man , Musharraf has not only demolished the true democracy of Pakistan but also blameworthy for the present thinking and mindset in Pakistan. He promoted the lota leaders in Pakistan. To get the success everyone has to work for it.

2. The job for Pervez was only to protect Pakistan not the political system, like for players the job is to encourage games , for religious leaders the job is to preach their ambition to encourage holy books and teach to the country . No-one have any of the right to obstruct in others work .

3.The thing to be promoted was true democracy but he got the army and used for wrong purposes. He actually constructed a very bad image of Pakistan army in the whole world . He brought the corruption everywhere.
