Did the statue of Ozymandia's fulfil the purpose for which it was sculpted?Give reasons

No, the statue of Ozymandias didn't fulfill the purpose because Ozymandias( King of Kings) thought that he was immortal and unconquerable. So he made of sculptor of himself to made people know him forever about his power. But after many years when a traveller was going through it he saw that everything was decaying. The head of sculptor become like sand particles and only his two legs were standing.

It also says that nothing remains in this world forever.

Ozymandia's statue didnt fulfilled its purpose as the main purpose of ozymandias behind making the statue was to be remembered till eternity but the statue failed to fight against time and so on got destroyed before its purpose was fulfilled .
