WE CAN SEE THE SMALL STAIND IN CELLS LIKE BLUE OR BLACK BUT some were not .

However, obviously they were moving, some active swimming and some were tilting only at around its place.
so These tiny guys can only be seen under 20X and more clearer under 40X.
we know the Cipro made reduce but not eradicated them.
Like as
Mycoplasma cells are physically small – less than 1 µm, so are difficult to detect with a conventional microscope."
Usually it is impossible to see mycoplasma by eye, thats why you do additional testing to detect them. So it is not mycoplasma.
