month ago when all human rights activists spoke well of coup drivers General C Chiwenga inclusive. It was difficult then, clouded in the harsh reality of Mugabe elongated ruling time that was filled with abuse, to understand the flakiness of the condition. We have had Harsh –Tags # organizations such as #TheFlag, #Tanjamika, activists like A Lumumba even though a Zanu , as well as my revered allies WOZA, including the human rights lawyers. Why does it become difficult for people to rise and talk strong against killing people by a stroke of a pen as done by the General Chiwenga in announcing dismissal of nurses without considering the dire situation people go through already lacking in supplies of medicines and no doctors, and sacrificing nurses. Instead of making nursing a respectful profession it was and is, we are busy running down hospitals to Magaba styles and levels by firing nurses when they are seeking for a solution. Is Zanu government a negotiating government or a dictatorship of the military and veterans? We need promote our health professionals away from a beggar mentality we have grown them into by lack of care and commitment from misguided leadership. Zimbabweans need to redefine NATIONAL INTEREST in perspectives and correctly.
