A diet Is a chart of food that covers all sort of requirements like Protein,Fat,Carbs, Minerals, Vitamins

of a person based on the BMI and Weight and many other aspects like disease,food habits..

As different person has different types of BMI, Weight,food habits and all those stuffs. So their diet is different.
