In Diffusion ,
The molecules or Particles of matter move from their region of higher concentration to their region of lower concentration is known as Diffusion.
In osmosis,
Water Molecules move from their region of higher concentration to their region of lower concentration through a semi-permeable membrane .
The Difference between them is in diffusion the particle don't need to pass through a "semi-permeable membrane" . And osmosis only happnes in cells .
*please ignore if their are any spelling mistakes *

Osmosis is also diffusion process.
Osmosis happens across a semipermeable membrane.
Diffusion happens uniformly across all directions from high pressure region to low pressure region.
Diffusion occurs for liquids and gases. Osmosis we talk of that for liquids mainly.
