The difference between aerobic and anaerobic respiration are :-

1. The respiration which takes place in presence of oxygen is known as aerobic respiration whereas the respiration which takes place in absent of oxygen is known as anareobic respiration.

2. In the aerobic complete broke down of glucose takes place whereas incomplete broke down takes place in case of anaerobic respiration.

3. More energy produce in case of aerobic respiration but less energy produce in case of anaerobic respiration.

4. The product of aerobic respiration is carbondioxide whereas the product of anaerobic respiration is ethanol.

5. Aerobic Occurs in mitochondria of a cell but anaerobic occurs in cytoplasm of a cell.

6. Example of aerobic respiration are dog,humans etc. Example of anaerobic respiration is yeast.

\huge{\boxed{\red{\it{Respiration}}}}

Respiration is the movement of oxygen from the outside environment to the cells within tissues, and the transport of carbon dioxide in the opposite direction.

\huge{\boxed{\sf{Aerobic Respiration}}}

Aerobic Respiration is a chemical reaction that transfers ene to cells. The waste product of aerobic respiration are carbon dioxide and water.

\huge{\boxed{\sf{Anaerobic Respiration}}}

Anaerobic Respiration is a type of respiration that does not use oxygen. it is used when there is not enough oxygen for aerobic respiration.

Aerobic Respiration :

▪️Requires oxygen.

▪️Occurs in the mitochondria of cells.

▪️Produces a lot of ATP per glucose molecule.

▪️Used when heart rate and breathing rate rise.

Anaerobic Respiration:

▪️Occurs in cytoplasm of cells.

▪️Does not require oxygen.

▪️Used during the first 1-2 minute of exercise.

▪️Produces less ATP per glucose molecule.
