the cell wall is the outer layer or covering of any cell. whereas cytoplasm is the living material that makes a cell alive.

And rigidity to the plant. It is additional cover present above the cell membrane or plasma membrane.

★Cytoplasm > the fluid material inner the cell membrane but outside nucleus that contains many cell organelles.
