the employment in which more people are working than required is called disguised employment.
for example,if there are 4 people required in a grocery shop but there are working 6 or 9 or more than 4 people is called disguised employment.
Under employment is also called seasonal deployment.the employment in which people are employed for only a certain period of time is called seasonal or under employment.
for example,a landless labour gets work in a field of rice in the field of zamindar or rich farmer, then the whole year he will remain unemployed except the season of rice.
