inductive effect is the permanent polarity inducing on Carbon and substitute due to the Migration of electrons to world most electronegative group it is the permanent effect and it is involves displacement of Sigma electrons and it involves in single bond. the complete transfer of shares by electrons to of multiple bonds to the one of the shared items in the presence of attacking reagent is called electromeric effect. electromagnetic effect is a temporary effect and it is involved in Pi electrons and it is involved in double or triple Bond.
