Diff between seasonal and disguised uemployment

Heya...

Seasonal unemployment....

It refers to that unemployment that is occur only for some seasons....
As the farmers who crop mangoes they are employed only in summer but they have to get unemployed for winters...Due to season off they can't get work.....

Disguised unemployment....

It refers to hidden unemployment.... Those who r engaged in some work but only for name sake means their labour do not contributing in output so they r unemployed in actually...
Ex ... Farmers working in land are more than the required no of labours so all them whose labour r waste...they are unemployed
