The main difference between unicellular and multicellular is someorganisms are made-up of single cell termed as unicellular whilemulticellular are made-up of two or more cells.Single celled organism is called unicellular organism. They depend on simple diffusion to ride out and live.

unicellular::- the organism which is consist of only single celled is called unicellular .ex.ameoba, yeast etc.

multicellular: the organism which is made up more than one cell .is called multicellular.ex cat ,dog etc.
