Diff between variable and uniform velocity

In a variable velocity, both the magnitude and/or the direction of motion can change; an acceleration of any magnitude and direction is allowed. Uniform means it doesn't change, variable means it does. Unifrom velocity will be a constant speed in a constan direction ( ie constant speed in a straight line).
