Diff bw enzyme and a proenzyme? examples too

Enzymes are proteins which catalyses the biological reaction.Proenzymes are the inactive form of enzymes. They need action of certain other substances to be active and then get converted into ezymes. For example in stomach proenzyme pepsinogen is present in inactive form. By the action of HCl it get converted into active form i.e. pepsin which is enzyme.
