here's ur answer....

PLANT CELL-

1. it have a additional layer around cell membrane called cell wall.

2. plastids is a part plant cell.

3. plant cell have a big central vacuole.

ANIMAL CELL-

1. animal cell don't have any cell wall around cell membrane.

2. plastids is not a part of animal cell.

3. Animal cell have small vacuoles.

animal cells are mostly round and irregular in shape while plant cells have fixed rectangular shapes plant and animal cells are both eukaryotic cells, so they are several features in common, such as the presence of a cell membrane and cell organelles like the nucleus, mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum. .
