\textbf{\large{Answer -}}

\textbf{\underline{Conductor :}}

》Material which permits the electric current or heat to pass through it is known as conductor.

》The potential energy remains same at all point of the conductor.

》Conductors have low resistance.

》Conductors are used for making electrical wires.

》Examples are Irons, aluminum, silver, copper, etc.

\textbf{\underline{Insulator :}}

》Materials which restrict the electric current or heat to pass through it is known as insulator.

》The potential energy remains zero in insulator.

》Insulators have high resistance.

》It is used for insulating electrical cable or conductors.

》Examples are rubber, wood, Paper, etc.
