Organised Sector is a sector where the employment terms are fixed and regular, and the employees get assured work. Unorganised sector is one where the employment terms are not fixed and regular, as well as the enterprises, are not registered with the government.
The workers working in the organised sector also enjoy paid holidays and medical leaves whereas in unorganized sector, a day of leave would mean no earning.
The people in the organised sector also enjoy paid overtime whereas the people in the unorganized sector might overwork without any proper wages.
