Answer

Prokaryotic Cell:

  • Nuclear membrane is absent in prokaryotic cell.

  • Chromosomes are single in prokaryotic cell.

  • DNA is naked.

  • Nucleolus is absent in prokaryotic cell.

  • Mitochondria is absent. Respiratory and photosynthetic enzymes present in plasma-membrane.

  • Endoplasmic reticulum is absent in prokaryotic cell.

Eukaryotic Cell:

  • Nuclear membrane is present in eukaryotic cell.

  • In eukaryotic cell, chromosomes are many in number.

  • DNA is combined with proteins.

  • Nucleolus is present in eukaryotic cell.

  • Mitochondria is present in cytoplasm of eukaryotic cell.

  • Endoplasmic reticulum is present in eukaryotic cell
