Prokaryotic Cell:
- Nuclear membrane is absent in prokaryotic cell.
- Chromosomes are single in prokaryotic cell.
- DNA is naked.
- Nucleolus is absent in prokaryotic cell.
- Mitochondria is absent. Respiratory and photosynthetic enzymes present in plasma-membrane.
- Endoplasmic reticulum is absent in prokaryotic cell.
Eukaryotic Cell:
- Nuclear membrane is present in eukaryotic cell.
- In eukaryotic cell, chromosomes are many in number.
- DNA is combined with proteins.
- Nucleolus is present in eukaryotic cell.
- Mitochondria is present in cytoplasm of eukaryotic cell.
- Endoplasmic reticulum is present in eukaryotic cell
