Cilantro (or Coriander leaf) and Parsley (Mint) look very similar. However, Cilantro has a strong flavor and scent and cooks advise use of Parsley in limited quantities as its flavors may overpower the distinct flavors of the dish. Parsley has more milder flavor and scent and hence used mostly for garnishing.

Coriander is most likely the simplest to perceive, as its leaf shape is unmistakably more adjusted than that of both parsley and celery. Likewise, the coriander (otherwise known as cilantro) assortments that I know more often than not have left a shade of green lighter than most parsleys and celeries. So if the shape of the leaves is not pointy, you can make certain that it is coriander.
Mint is more a sort than a particular plant. Something sold as mint may have a mix of numerous assortments. Therapeutically, they all offer the properties of Mentha, however, are generally artificially particular and can have different body reactions.
