difference b/t concentric circle and ring shape

Concentric circles means circles with a common centre or many circles with one centre.
A ring shape is a circular shape.

Anonymous: so isn't ring having a circle inside a circle?
TPS: if you consider the outer and inner surfaces, then yes, it concentric circles.

in concentric circle there is only one common point and two or many circles are drawn and in ring there is only one circle and one  centre point
