Answer:
Angiospermae: Plants that have covered seeds with flowers are Angiosperms. They are vascular plants and have an ovule that usually turns into a flower.
Example for Angiospermae - Lily, Jasmine etc.
Gymnospermae: Plants (mostly trees) that doesn't have covered seeds and are not flower-bearing plants are identifiable as Gymnosperms. They are also vascular plants. Literally, the word 'Gymno' means naked while 'spermae' means seeds.
Example for Gymnosperms - Conifers, Cycads, Redwood trees etc.
Hope it helps!
