lymph is the extracellular fluid . which has comparitively low protieneous content than blood it is nearly. transparent which help in transportation b/w tissue to tissue and do helps in excretion of waste from tissue
it do not has RBC s but has large no . lympho cytes which forms our immune

blood is the main fluid which runs through our veins . it helps in transportation . it has more protein content . it do nat hs fibres but it makes its own fibres when req. it ha RBC and WBC both but RBC s mainly give red colour to it
