Hola Makhi!!

Your answer :-

Conductors - The substance which allow the current to pass through them are called conductors.

Insulators - The substance which do not allow the current to pass through them are called Insulators.

Good conductor of electricity - Copper

Good conductor of heat - Iron

Insulator of electricity - Wood

Insulator of heat - Plastic

Hope it helps!!

Hi , there !!

Conductor :-

a conductor is a substance or material which allow electricity to flow through them.

or

a conductor is material which have low resistance.

or

a conductor is a material which allow flow of electron. there is development of drift velocity so that electron is move from higher potential to lower potential and result in transfer of current.

example of some good conductor is :-

silver( Ag ) , copper ( Cu ) Gold ( Au )
etc .

Insulator : -
simply insulator is a substance which does not allow electricity to flow through them.

or
insulator poses high resistance which does not allow electricity to pass easily.
or

since , it's not flow of electron in insulator so that there is no passes of current so it shows non conductor behavior .

example of non - conductor or insulator is

Rubber , dry wood , clothes. ( dry ) etc .

hope it helps !!!

thanks !!

Ranjan
