Hey mate...!!!!
Recycle means to convert a material which has no use into an useful material.
Example– Recycle the cans that means make a new material from the can...so that it can be used in a different work.
Reduce means to decrease use of a material if we have no use of it.
Example– Switch off the lights of your rooms if you don't need it...etc.
Reuse means to again use the material we have which has no use.
Example– If we wash clothes..... don't throw the water used in it... use it in cleaning the house..etc.
Hope this answer will help you....!!!!!!

recycle=> new products can be prepared using waste materials such as gift wrappers from recycled paper.
reduce=> we should minimise using such items that create more waste such as by using jute bag or cloth bag instead of polythene bags while going out for shopping.
reuse=> we should use objects again and again such as plastic bags, pens etc.
