1. Nucleus is the brain of the cell and it is bound by a double membraned nuclear membrane. Nucleolus is a denser body in the nucleoplasm of nucleus, which is not bound by any member.

2. Lysosomes help to attack and finish foreign particles which enter the cell like harmful germs. Ribosomes help in protein synthesis.

3. Leucoplasts are storage organs of plants and are colourless. Chloroplasts are green in colour and contain chlorophyll which impart green colour to the leaves. They help in photosynthesis.

4. Protoplasm contains cytoplasm as well as cell organelles. Cytoplasm is a part of Protoplasm.
