a. In save, it saves the document with name if it is new and in that name when old or has a name.
In save as, it saves the document with new name every time you save with it.
b. It doesn't save the original document without editing.
It saves both the previous as well as the new document with different names.

a. Print layout shows how pages in document shall be printed.
Full screen reading shows the pages which helps to read without any distractions.
b. Print Layout shows exactly the pages are printed.
Full screen reading don't show exact materials in which it will be printed.

a. Print makes a hard copy of a document.
Print preview is the soft copy of a document.
b. Print of a document can't be changed.
Print preview of a document can be changed.

a.Left alignment aligns the text to left side.
Right alignment aligns the text to right side.
