The basic difference between 101 and 122 is that 101 was the amendment for GST whereas 122 was the bill number.
GST stands for Goods & Service Tax, which was inaugurated by the Constitution Amendment Bill 122, and it was favorably passed in the name of the101 Act.
GST was executed after it was presented in the Lok Sabha and later on passed by both the Houses of the Parliament in 2014.
