difference between 39/40 and 78.5/80
Pls explain briefly.

If one converts 39/40 for comparison purpose, it will be 78/80, which is lesser mark than 78.5/80. So one would consider higher credential if he/she scores 78.5/80, in comparison to the person scored 39/40.
