Distance force is something you can not see like the wind blowing throw the sky it's like almost invisible. When any two substances some in contact and create something called friction. ... Gravity is a force that keeps the human body on the Earth. Without gravity people would be floating in the air.

Contact force act between bodies in contact.where as distance force act between bodies separated by distance. Every object on earth even part of earth which is not contact exerts a force which is mostly distance force.when we walk through fiction force and hold things with contact between 2 bodies.Ex for contact force=muscular force,fiction force etc.Ex for force acting at a distance= magnetic, gravitational force.
