In house you feel independent and after opening the front door you have a ramp/ lawn of your own and you can park your car in front of your eyes but you don't have facilities of clum, gym etc near you
In flat you have facilities but you can park your car in front of your eyes, after opening front door you have other's house directly

In flat don't get ac or furniture already u have to buy and place it but you can get a modular kitchen in it by paying extra
