When the system of corporate governance is failed to be performed it is called Bad Governance.” Our ruling elites and those responsible for managing the country’s affairs are inept and first think of their own personal interest rather than the national interest, though they are never tired of the slogan ‘Pakistan first’.
Examples of Issues of Bad Governance
Corruption
Bribery Poor Educational policies Unequal distribution of wealth
Poor Economic policies, etc.
Key attributes of good governance The concept of good governance has been clarified by the work of the former Commission on Human Rights. In its resolution 2000/64, the Commission identified the key attributes of good governance: transparency responsibility accountability participation responsiveness (to the needs of the people)
