rotation is the movement of a planet around its axis
revolution is the movement of a planet around its orbit
the difference between solistice and equinox:-
solistice refers to the longest or the shortest day
equinox refers to a day with equal duration of day and night
The difference between December and June solistice:-
December solistice is the shortest day
June solistice is the longest day

for rotation revolution u can write that rotation causes day and night and revolution causes change in seasons
earth takes 24 hours to take one rotation and 365 days for one revolution... during leap year it takes 366 days for one revolution
