Hi friend here is your answer
______________________________________
1) In AC generator current flows only in one direction
In DC generator current periodically changes direction
2) In AC generator coil is fixed and the magnet is moving
In DC generator coil is rotating in the fixed field
3) AC generator converts the mechanical energy into the AC current
DC generator converts the mechanical energy into the DC current
4) AC generator does not have commutators
DC generator have Commutators
5) AC generator produces high voltage
DC generator produces low voltage
6) AC generator has slip rings
DC generator have split rings
