The difference between acids are bases are:

Acid turns blue litmus red while bases turns red litmus to blue

Acids are sour in taste while bases are bitter in taste.

Acids have Ph below 7 but bases have Ph above 7.

acids turn blue litmus to red while bases turn red litmus to blue

pH of acids are less than 7 and that of bases are more than 7

acids contain hydrogen ions more than hydroxide ions .but bases contain more hydroxide ions than hydrogen ions

upon adding water ,acids give hydronium ion while bases give hydroxyl ion
