Nature : acidic

PH value : 0 - 7

when acid is reacted with base for example :

Na + H302 → NaOH + H2O

BASE

Taste : Bitter

Nature : Basic

PH value : 7 - 14

when base is reacted with acid for example :

NaOH + ZnSO4 → ZnOH + SO3 + H2O
