Acquired traits are learned by the experiences and learning experiences in life. It involves changes in non-reproductive tissues which cannot be passed on to the germ cells. For example acting and a mark of an accident.
Inherited traits are the ones which are acquired by the ancestors. They are transferred through DNA and the progeny. For example; height, eye color or skin.
